Chris Hogan
Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending
With nearly 30 years in commercial lending, Chris brings something that is getting harder to find. Experience you can lean on.
At BANKWEST, he works with a wide range of businesses, from small business owners to companies with revenues up to $20 million. His clients span industries including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.
Chris has deep expertise in commercial real estate lending, particularly multi-family and hospitality properties, along with equipment financing for manufacturing and rolling stock.
But what really sets him apart is how he works.
Chris believes banking should still be personal. He takes time to understand each client’s financial position, their goals, and what they are trying to build. That allows him to move quickly, provide clear guidance, and deliver real value beyond the transaction.
His clients know they can count on him.
Consistent. Reliable. Experienced.
Chris chose this career because he respects business owners and investors. He sees firsthand the work, risk, and commitment it takes to build something, and he values being a trusted advisor and source of support along the way.
Community Connection
Chris is actively involved in the communities he serves. He currently serves on multiple boards, including the St. Michael-Albertville Knights of Columbus, the Rockford-Greenfield Chamber of Commerce, and the SD30 GOP BOPU Executive Committee. He is also a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, the Delano Sportsmen’s Club, and the Rockford Lions Club, and represents BANKWEST at the I-94 Chamber of Commerce.
He serves clients across Rockford, Greenfield, Hanover, Otsego, St. Michael, Monticello, and surrounding communities.
What he enjoys most about working in this area is the growth potential, the strong agricultural roots, and the variety of small businesses that help define the local economy.
At BANKWEST, that kind of relationship-driven approach is exactly what we believe banking should be
