Formation of a One-Bank-Holding Company, Rockford Bancorportion
Worked to maintain growth level at 12%

Expanded to include a second location in Hanover, MN

Commercial loan demand increased and with the addition of another loan officer in 1994 moved towards secondary real estate market

BANKWEST became new name in June 2000
BANKWEST Financial, Inc. became new Holding Company Name

Expanded to the third location in Buffalo, MN

2002

Celebrated 10-year anniversary of Hanover Branch

2003

Began providing internet banking service
Broke ground for new building at Rockford location

2004

Opened for business in new Rockford building September 27, 2004

Celebrated 5-year anniversary of Buffalo Branch

Broke ground for new building at Hanover location.
