As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and its’ effect on our operations, please see the below update. Please keep checking our webpage and/or Facebook for any additional updates.

To slow the spread of COVID-19 across the state, Governor Tim Walz has issued a 2-week Stay at Home Order for the State of MN beginning on March 27, 2020, at 11:59 PM to April 10, 2020, at 5:00 PM. Please note that BANKWEST is considered an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS and therefore will remain open during this Stay at Home Order. To protect our staff, customers and the communities we serve, we will be doing the following:

  • Our lobbies will continue to be closed at all of our locations through Friday, April 10, 2020.
  • We will TEMPORARILY be changing our drive-through hours. Here are our updated hours by location:

Rockford Drive up:

Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 

Saturday 8:30 AM to noon (No change in hours)

Buffalo Drive Up Hours:

Monday-Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Saturday 8:30 AM to noon (No change in hours)

Hanover Drive Up Hours:

M-F 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM 

Saturday Closed (No change)

Other Items to Note:

  • Customer service staff are able to help you via telephone at 763-477-5231. We are available for calls Monday-Friday - 10:00 AM-5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:30 AM-12:00 PM.
  • Internet banking and mobile banking are essential tools. BANKWEST strongly suggests that you take advantage of the electronic services that are available. Please call if you need assistance setting up any electronic services.
  • Please call us to schedule an appointment for business that cannot be handled through the drive through or electronically.

BANKWEST would like to encourage each of you to become familiar with the electronic services that are available to you for your convenience.

  • Internet Banking: Manage banking activities anytime, anywhere. Check balances, pay bills, transfer funds, and more with BANKWEST’s Internet Banking.
  • Mobile Banking/Mobile Deposit: Do everything that internet banking offers from the palm of your hand with mobile banking. This includes mobile deposits of checks! These deposits will post to your account at the end of the business day. Deposits after 6 pm will be posted at the end of the next business day.
    • If you’re already signed up for Internet Banking, just download the BANKWEST mobile banking app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Debit Cards: If your debit card has not been activated or is damaged, please give us a call and we will help you to get it working properly.
  • 24-hour Bankline: Check balances and account history, make transfers, make loan payments, activate your debit card and more 24-hours a day - 365 days a year. Just call 763-477-6000 to get started.
  • ATMs: For your convenience, ATMs are located on the premises of each of our offices.
  • Deposit Drops: A deposit drop is located at each BANKWEST drive-up area. Deposits can be left at any time of the day, but keep in mind that deposits will typically be posted on the next business day.
